This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, while contributing to the successful delivery of major infrastructure schemes.

Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
Setting Out: Carry out accurate setting out and surveying duties, including levels, alignments, and marking locations for structures and roads.
Provide technical advice to site teams, contractors, and the project management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to project plans and complies with design and quality standards, particularly in the construction of highways, drainage systems, and bridges.
Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
Liaison: Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring that any issues or design changes are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate records, including daily site reports, as-built drawings, and quality assurance documentation.
Address any technical issues or unforeseen challenges that arise during the construction process.
