Interim Head of Property, East of England, £500-550 per day, inside IR35
We're pleased to be supporting a local authority in the region to recruit an interim Head of Property for an initial period of 6 months.
The organisation has a diverse commercial and operational portfolio with a mix of commercial, offices, industrial, leisure and operational properties.
You'll be a chartered surveyor (RICS) and will have experience of leading an asset team, delivering on asset strategy and the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio. This is an initial 6-month contract paying up to £500 per day inside IR35. The organisation has a flexible working policy, so we expect that you'll need to be in the office 1-2 days per week, depending on workload, meetings etc.
