Our client now seeks to recruit several experienced Financial Planning Administrators to join their existing team in Swanley, these are newly created roles to boost additional headcount.

As a key member of the Client Administration team you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and servicing of private clients relating to their pension and investment needs. Excitingly, there are various newly created administration opportunities within the business as they continue their ambitious growth journey, having recently secured Private Equity backing guaranteeing their successful future.

The role will see you working closely with the Client Administration Team Leader and team of Administrators to provide an integral function to the wider team, including Paraplanners and Financial Planners.

Illustrations and projections

* Assist with the daily telephone answering within the team

* Accurately update and maintain information on the back-office system

* Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements

* To comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company

* Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of financial services administration

* A strong level of technical and industry knowledge with a wide range of financial products and services

* Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
