The Business Change Analyst (RPA) will -


Provide business change input into the implementation of RPA technologies as part of the RPA programme.


Be part of the Digital Programme Team, offering expert input around automation, supporting the review and analysis of current business processes in order to design new processes, enabled by RPA technology.


Support the RPA Programme Manager in the implementation of RPA solutions at ward, department and trust level.
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.


The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 760,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.


Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.

Post Graduate level qualification or equivalent experience in relevant environment


Able to manage multiple projects
Business change experience

Ability to undertake system demonstrations and testing
Able to analyse complex data and clinical knowledge and apply this to service/process redesign
Ability to use Microsoft office and Visio
