Job Responsibilities:

  1. Able to effectively manage your own caseload using the case management system,
  2. Advising on a variety of Property matters including New Builds, Leasehold and Shared Ownership,
  3. Develop new and existing caseloads in matters of Residential Property,
  4. Drafting legal documentation whilst complying with relevant case law and SRA/CQS regulations,
  5. Provide excellent client care in line with PCB Solicitors standards,
  6. Build strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
  7. Highly organised and precise attention to detail,
  8. Experience with MS office applications,
  9. Ability to work under pressure and retain high levels of confidentiality at all times,
  10. Proven internal and external communication skills,
  11. Offer sound legal advice to a diverse client base,
  12. Experience using case management and legal systems,
  13. Maintain your continuing professional development requirements,
  14. Work in a collaborative manner within the team and wider firm,
  15. Have a positive approach and strong work ethic.

Experience:

  • Property Law Advice – no minimum experience required,
  • Experience working in a Residential Property department (required).

Job Types:

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday (35 hours)

Place of Work:

Shrewsbury or South Shropshire offices: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Salary: Between £28,000.00 and £45,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
