Job DescriptionYou will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail whilst also producing high quality, timely deliverables.
You will work with agility and at pace with limited supervision, escalating as appropriate whilst also showing credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity. You will be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and have a proactive approach to the resolution of problems and obstacles. You will have strong communication skills and be able to relate problem solutions orally, graphically and in writing. You will be able to demonstrate working collaboratively as part of a team with all stakeholders and third parties to build strong relationships and support an environment of continual improvement. The Successful ApplicantA qualified Accountant with a strong working knowledge of a Finance business and varying degrees of appreciation for its strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance. Whilst also having the ability to recognise structural issues within the organisation, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
You will have experience of working within a Finance function in Financial Services (including capital, regulatory and liquidity requirements). You will be familiar with working with multiple stakeholders and to tight timescales in a delivery focused fashion.
