Job Type: Permanent (Onsite) Job Location: Watford, UK Role: Lead - Retail Breakfix + Desk Side + Service Management Job Description Retails Domain experience is a must. We are looking to onboard a person for Wickes who has the below skills:- Retails Domain experience is a must.
- Has a sound understanding of Retail Breakfix – can understand the Wickes estate and guide the tech teams during escalations.
- Service Management mindset – need to liaise with Store Managers, Technical teams, Customer IT teams
- Can manage the Deskside at the HO and Distribution Centers. – Team management of around 7 people onshore & offshore
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience – maturity to understand the situation and respond accordingly.
