Are you a data-savvy professional with a passion for ensuring accuracy and relevance in company databases? IRIS are seeking a CRM Manager to join a marketing and sales team at a leading technology partner. In this role, you will hold ultimate responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the company's data.
Data Ownership: Manage and oversee the initial bulk upload of marketing data into the company database using provided tools, ensuring data is future-proofed.
Conduct regular bulk uploads and data refreshes to keep data current and relevant.
Research: Fill data gaps by researching target job roles at relevant organisations to provide accurate market lead data.
Data Processing: Cleanse and verify all data used for lead generation, ensuring GDPR compliance, and remove outdated records as needed.
CRM Maintenance: Input accurate data into the CRM system to maintain compliant and informative records.
Lead Identification: Use insights from web visitors, social visitors, and intent topics to identify warm leads, add these to the CRM system, and distribute to the Sales and Marketing team for follow-up.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide relevant data sets to support campaigns and maximise ROI.
Segment data within the CRM system, build lists for effective email campaigns, and provide monthly reports on data coverage against defined targets.
Database Improvement: Continuously assess and improve database performance and functionality.
Endorse and adopt the company's Mission Statement and supporting policies.
Maintain a Personal Development Plan and participate in relevant training, meetings, or conferences.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety legislation.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
CRM/database management experience.
Experience building data lists.
