Are you a Civil / Architectural Graduate or similar looking to join a Specialist Construction Company known for their tailored progression pathways, where you will gain full training and development to be a Specialist in Technical Engineering with the opportunity to undergo Management Programmes?

An exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join a UK leader in Construction Manufacturing, where you will be fully trained into a qualified Technial Engineer with duties of the role including but not limited to; CAD, Quotes, Technical drawings and much more.

This role provides an ideal setting for ambitious graduates eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting while receiving the industry's best training and clear progression paths. The position involves hands-on technical tasks, where you'll be immersed in all aspects of engineering projects from conception to implementation. The Job:

-Liaise with builders, merchants, architects and engineers
-Prepare load assessments and load calculations
-Work closely with external sales to deliver company targets

The Person:

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline ( Civil / Structural / Architectural)
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to drive your own professional development.
