Day in the life:
- Create detailed design plans for new medical equipment
- Transform design concepts into tangible prototypes
- Verify and test your products
- Tackle and resolve any technical challenges that arise during development
- Stay up to date with regulations and compliance to ensure standards are met
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of products (Medical industry experience is highly advantageous but not essential)
- Design or Engineering Degree preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and QMS - ISO13485 is highly advantageous
- CAD proficient, preferably Solidworks
- Plastic manufacturing process knowledge/awareness
