As their new Design Engineer, you will work closely in a tight knit team of like-minded professionals, producing detailed plans for innovative medical equipment and products. You will be instrumental in advancing products, bringing your ideas to life through prototyping and driving continuous improvement initiatives - all while adhering to stringent medical device quality assurance and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the design of exciting new products that help improve the lives of patients across the globe, ideally with proven experience in the design of Medical Devices & Products. Day in the life:

  • Create detailed design plans for new medical equipment
  • Transform design concepts into tangible prototypes
  • Verify and test your products
  • Tackle and resolve any technical challenges that arise during development
  • Stay up to date with regulations and compliance to ensure standards are met

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design and development of products (Medical industry experience is highly advantageous but not essential)
  • Design or Engineering Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and QMS - ISO13485 is highly advantageous
  • CAD proficient, preferably Solidworks
  • Plastic manufacturing process knowledge/awareness
