5-hour per week, Monday to Friday, on a Double-Day rotational Shift Pattern (**Must be able to rotate weekly). **EARLY FINISHES ON FRIDAYS

* Holidays are 34 days including Bank Holidays and there is Xmas shutdown.

My client based in in Midsomer Norton near Radstock, Bath is currently looking to recruit an onsite Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

The role will involve working as part of a team of 5 engineers working on a number of old and new engineering manufacturing machines. You will be mainly covering breakdowns, machine modifications and project work which can include, install, move, build, and manufacture. The engineering department has excellent onsite facilities dedicated to supporting the factory production.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role Responsibilities

* Knowledge of electrical engineering, installation works, single and three phase systems, different types of motors, controllers, and programmable logic controllers.

* Although primarily an electrical role, knowledge or experience of Pneumatics, bearings, belts, etc. Working to timescales with quality & safety awareness being paramount

* Electrical Maintenance Engineer Skills Required *

Flexible approach to what the day may hold and working hours.

* This would be a perfect role for someone who has some experience in a fast-paced, engineering environment and would suit someone who can bring a strong understanding of electrical maintenance complete with the enthusiasm and drive to suggest creative ideas, the flexibility and ambition to think outside of the box and the commitment to quality, maintaining safe working practices and continuous improvement.
