Chartway Partnerships Group are one of Kents leading housebuilder and developer, specialising in the development of new homes and communities, working in partnership with housing associations, landowners and fund managers. Right now, due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our business, on a permanent contract out of our offices in Sandwich, Kent.

As a PA, you’ll be supporting a number of our Directors across our subsidiaries, OFP Timber Frame, Discovery Stairs & Chartway Dry Lining businesses.

as well as co-ordinating travel including domestic and international flights, venues, or catering and accommodation as required.

You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills, liaising with other team members to ensure all relevant documents are available, collated and prepared prior to Board Meetings, Forums and other regular Senior Management meetings. As well as this, you’ll have a number of other responsibilities such as managing expenses, office management, and any other administrative duties asked.

You’ll come from a similar position within the Construction, manufacturing or House building industry, excellent IT skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work autonomously.
