Title: Strategic Project Manager - Target Operating Model Location: Remote Contract Type: Permanent As Europe's leading veterinary care provider, we offer unrivalled opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical career journeys. Our Target Operating Model team, chaired by the CEO, seeks to define how we can organise more efficiently and effectively to deliver on our organisation's purpose, which, put simply, is healthy animals and happy owners. We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to assist the design and implementation of this Target Operating Model. Responsibilities will include

  • Working with the Target Operating Model team as well as clinics to identify current practices as well as to providing recommendations on what 'good' looks like, working with clinics to implement appropriate changes
  • Working on targeted initiatives which enable IVC Evidensia to leverage its leadership position to deliver better clinical and commercial outcomes
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and the board
  • Other project and ad hoc work.

The candidate we are seeking should have

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience with a strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy department or similar background
  • Strong problem-solving ability and skills alongside written and oral communication skills to influence stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clinic and office colleagues
  • Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a team in pressured situations
  • Excellent IT skills inc advanced Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in Power BI report building and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and foreign languages a plus
