Advertising Operations Manager, Apple News UK - parental leave

Apple News is the most innovative news aggregation app, providing millions of users with a part-curated, part-personalised, news feed from the world’s best publishers.Apple News+ offers hundreds of magazines and leading newspapers in one subscription.We are looking for an experienced Advertising Operations Manager to work with News publishers in the UK, with a particular focus on supporting Resellers and Publishers with their monetisation efforts on Apple News.This is a 12 month parental leave role.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience working strategically with or in publisher Advertising Operations teams.
  • In depth knowledge of news and magazine publisher technical set-up for advertising.
  • Experience of selling, implementing and optimising advertising solutions and campaign management on publisher or network properties.
  • Confident participating in group meetings with key external & internal partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the current publisher landscape.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Description

In this role, you will:- Provide technical support for key Apple News publishers on digital advertising setup, campaign management and delivery.- Support and strategise for the UK Apple News reseller on localised sales solutions in the UK market.- Closely manage and optimise internal campaigns and provide detailed reporting to key stakeholders.- Lead all escalations to Ad Tech Operations for publishers, UK reseller and internal marketing campaigns.- Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams on system optimisations, documentation and feature requests.- Onboard new partners and provide training on systems and tools.- Collaborate with other Apple teams cross functionally to ensure seamless publisher interaction.- Identify and communicate key trends to senior management.

Education & Experience

A degree level education is desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds who meet the key qualifications are encouraged to apply.
