Global Head of Sales – Software Asset Management (SAM)
Based in United Kingdom, remote working with travel
Flexible salary & annual commission
My client is an independent global provider specializing in Software and Cloud Asset Management and Optimization Services.
You will lead a high-performing sales team, foster key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Experience Required :
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
