Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are the backbone of any modern business, helping them integrate their core business processes in a unified platform and run their business in an efficient, scalable manner. As an Associate Consultant, you'll embark on an exciting journey of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in helping our clients overcome their business challenges using cutting-edge Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
You'll be supported by the Early Careers Team and accredited providers to complete a 12-week hybrid training program. The program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP technologies and organisational concepts. During this period, you'll have the opportunity to meet mentors and Version 1 senior consultants who will teach you how to practically use new skills for a consultancy role. Additionally, Version 1 will fund industry-recognised Oracle certifications as part of our investment in you.
You will be an integral part of our client-facing team, working closely with experienced professionals on some of the largest and most challenging projects in the industry.
You will engage directly with our clients, to understand their business processes and obstacles and then proactively contribute to crafting an Oracle Cloud ERP solution that meets their needs.
You will work within a team to problem solve, and use your growing knowledge and analytical skills to identify creative and effective solutions to our client’s complex hurdles.
You will stay ahead of the curve by staying informed of the quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud updates, helping our clients understand the opportunities they present to maximise the value of their Oracle investment.
First 12-weeks on Academy: you will receive a paid training contract , with a competitive salary whilst you train with us. Furthermore, over the first 18 months as Associate Consultant you will be eligible for performance-based salary uplifts :
~That's why our Academy is open to college/university graduates, career changers, returners to the workforce, or people with technical skills who want to experience a culture of recognition and reward. We are proud to offer a highly effective, supportive, hybrid working mode l and require all associate members to work from our Version 1 Office3 days each week. This means thatyou must be able to travel to our impressive Birmingham hub location, minutes from Birmingham New Street station. Our Digital Skills Academies would be great if you:
Eligible to work in the UK/ Ireland AND are eligible for UK Security Clearance , you’ll be working on some exciting customer projects and you will be asked to apply for security clearance – for more information visit security vetting: clearance levels
Eligibility and willingness to travel across offices in the EU and UK to meet with our stakeholders and customers.(Travel Costs covered by Version 1)
