Shipping/Stores Operative

You will be processing purchase orders onto our bespoke software system and assisting with stock issue and stock checks ensuring accuracy of reporting
You will also process the dispatch, shipping and receipt of materials, whilst providing administrative support to the workshop manager.
Our ideal candidate will be keen to progress with a career in administration/procurement, who would be looking to learn and further develop their own skills and abilities whilst supporting the coordinator with the day to day administrative activities.
National 5 levels in Maths & English
Strong IT skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Administration experience would be a strong advantage
