Hours: Part Time Hours varies from 8, 12 & 30 hour, Full Flexible
Working Hours (subject to change): Mon-Fri 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-7pm
*Please do NOT apply if you have any holidays booked during this period as we need candidates who are fully available throughout this time without any holiday and are able to work full flexible hours*

We’re opening a limited-time adidas pop-up store in Bicester Village and are looking for Retail Sales Associates and Key Holders to join the team and deliver a world-class experience for every customer this festive season. Create an exceptional in-store experience, every time
Drive sales through genuine conversations and active selling
Support with stock handling, VM and store standards
Open/close the store and support store leadership (for Key Holders)
Passion for adidas and understanding of outlet/lifestyle brands
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and key sales periods
Prior retail experience is preferred (but not essential)
Fixed-term adidas contract

1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
~ Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
