We are now recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join us, reporting to the Engineering Manager you will work as part of the engineering teams to reduce production downtime & improve processes at a large, busy, large manufacturing site. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Electrical Bias Shift Engineer Working with automated machinery processing and packaging products Take ownership of engineering tasks and responsibilities Manage and monitor PPM adherence Respond to breakdowns as identified by Engineering or Production Operations Find solutions to problems in engineering to support production Identify and order spares to facilitate plant efficiency Work shifts that will also include weekend work, but you will have every other weekend off Experience and Attributes required: Electrical Bias Shift Engineer Qualified in an Electromechanical engineering discipline, NVQ level equivalent A Maintenance engineer with a recognised apprenticeship or have over five years' experience in industry, is ideal Flexible, reliable and confident in making time sensitive decisions Confident communicating with others Able to work under pressure and to deadlines in a site factory environment Able to demonstrate bench fitting skills and ideally machining and/or welding Comfortable with working on electrical circuits and PLC controlled processes Experienced within the manufacturing industry preferred What we can offer – Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers a competitive salary £55k plus package excellent pension and Bens a developing site and business with ongoing investment training and development an excellent pension For more information on this role, please contact Candidates who are currently a multi-skilled engineer, electromechanical engineer, shift engineer, engineering technician , packaging engineer, maintenance engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical biased engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer or maintenance engineer may be suitable for this position.
