The Online Marketplace Trading Executive will be responsible for ensuring we drive an impactful customer experience for our marketplace customers, driving decisions from data-led insights. You will own the day to day and long-term trading activities for the marketplace working closely with the wider eCommerce team to maximise performance..
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our expansion strategy and is well suited to someone with a passion for eCommerce, high attention to detail and who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Analyse and compile accurate reports on trading and KPI performance, drawing insight and making recommendations that drive growth.
Pre-empt trading risks and opportunities through data-driven, proactive, recommendations.
Using analytics tools to understand the pinch points of customer experience & drive initiative to improve.
Input into broader strategy, defining any necessary development goals for the project roadmap.
Maintain the marketplace trading calendar and manage promotional and merchandising strategies for the marketplace in collaboration with the wider eCommerce Trade and Category teams.
Work closely with Marketplace seller team to identify and propose brands and products for participation in promotional and social activities, tracking performance and providing feedback.
Work alongside the marketing and acquisition & retention teams to maximise performance of promotions, campaigns and seasonal best sellers.
Provide any ad hoc analysis, using various analytical tools, for insights on any issues or performance and following up on the solutions.
Manage the process of sales budgeting from top line numbers to period re-forecast and KPI settings.
Min 4 years eCommerce background in a similar role, preferably with experience of marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience analysing data to identify trends.
Excellent Excel Skills and experience using Power BI and Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
