*What is the role?*

Commis Chef /Kitchen Assistant/Catering Assistant. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is operating organised, clean & efficiently for service. Duties include; food preparation, cleaning & tidying, KP duties and organising deliveries, ensuring that our kitchens are fully stocked at all times. This is a hands on role and we are looking for team who is organised, passionate and can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
