Full time Class Teacher (based in lower KS2 initially) – Thomas Barnes Primary School.

Due to the promotion of our current class teacher, we wish to appoint a highly motivated and ambitious practitioner to join our dynamic team and teach our wonderful Year 3/4 class.
Thomas Barnes is a vibrant primary school in Tamworth which was judged to be Outstanding by Ofsted in 2014. Our children are polite and friendly with a genuine willingness to learn. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and is an excellent teacher with good subject knowledge and experience of leading subjects to a high standard.
An understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues in relation to primary education
Creative and stimulating teaching strategies which engage and motivate pupils
