Ensuring compliance with energy legislation that impacts the Veolia licensed/unlicensed energy activities
Lead internal project management/deployment and compliance of existing or future regulatory incentive schemes
Advise stakeholders of the implications/risks for existing legislative policy - define compliance requirement and implement strategy
Presentations and briefing of new legislative policy to stakeholders (internal and external) - advising of best strategy for compliance
Maintain procedures required to ensure compliance of Government and market policy
Provide monthly submissions and verification of data used to claim fiscal incentives
Compliance of all reporting deadlines for existing regulator schemes (Renewables Obligation, Renewable Heat Incentive, UK Eissions Trading System)
Must have UK emissions trading system /or regulatory background experience
