- 160-cover restaurant with private dining room, function room, and cocktail bar in South Woodford (Opening June 2024)

- Outside catering division providing food to the fashion, photography, TV & Film industries

- An 8000 sq ft events space / Photography Studio for Weddings and Private Events complete with a commercial kitchen

- Two 7.5 tonne Catering Truck purpose-built for larger on-location TV & Film Shoots

- A cafe located in a prominent London film studio lot

Role Description

This is a full-time (Wednesday to Sunday) on-site role for a Bar Manager at Jones & Sons in London. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including overseeing staff, ensuring quality customer service, managing inventory and supplies, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation and service
  • Ability to manage inventory and handle cash transactions
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
