You’ll be sourcing, engaging and placing top talent into some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the Web3 space. From DeFi protocols to Layer 1s, infrastructure projects to DAOs – you’ll be helping shape the future of decentralised tech.

Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, presenting, closing
Stay up to date with market trends, communities and innovations in the blockchain space
Collaborate with your team, attend industry events, and contribute to our brand presence
