Due to new project wins, our client is currently recruiting for a Site agent to join the project team for a £30million package of works on Sizewell C. The scheme involves a variety of heavy civils but predominantly environmental sheet piling for a minimum of 18 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, track, and manage work schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee the management of on-site personnel and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and engage subcontractors as needed for project success.
- Develop method statements, risk assessments, and project management plans.
- Ensure contracts are completed on time and within profitability targets.
- Monitor contract costs in relation to tender allowances and stay within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of design.
- Handle and manage contract variations effectively.
- Engage with and inform local community groups when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a positive reputation.
- HNC / HND in Civil Engineering ( or equivalent)
- Experience in similar role
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Able to run multiple complex and non-complex sites
- Maintain comprehensive records.
- Have compliance with current legislation requirements, including the production and implementation of RAMs and other associated safety/project documentation.
