We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor. Probate Solicitor Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships. Review and approve estate accounts. Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation. Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure. Manage an independent case load.
