Regional Sales Manager - North and Scotland - Competitive Salary

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an established global business who are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for driving sales within you designated area by maintaining relationships and prospecting for new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional who is looking to grow and develop their career.

Free onsite parkingRegional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identifying and prioritizing key accounts
Driving sales by actively prospecting for new business opportunities
Utilising a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations
Conducting regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats within the territory
Adjusting sales strategies and tactics as necessary to capitalise on market dynamics and maximise revenue growth
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities
Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports summarizing performance metrics, pipeline status, and action plans
Collaborating with sales leadership to develop forecasts, budgets, and sales initiativesRequired Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of success in sales roles
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally attend industry events or trade shows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems
