Lithion Battery is a vertically integrated manufacturer of cells and rechargeable battery packs servicing the Medical, Energy, Robotics, Industrial, and Military/Defense markets. Lithion Battery works closely with OEM manufacturers and end users to provide custom and high-quality power solutions for critical applications where reliability is paramount. Job Summary The Sales Director EMEA role is responsible for creating an effective sales and business development strategy focused on prospective clients and business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. The successful candidate will work alongside another senior sales professional in Europe. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. develop a channel and contacts to find potential clients in various countries client relationships to expand services to additional European markets and services the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives research to identify new markets and customer needs in various countries business meetings with prospective clients and travel to customer areas to represent the company a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them the news of customers and be able to represent the company effectively with a plan of how to meet these new opportunities a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction long-term relationships with new and existing customers with the Marketing Department to develop marketing strategies for marketing to European markets a professional company image all times in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary financial revenue, bookings and other annual targets duties as required or assigned Qualifications & Competencies level qualification in marketing, business administration, communications, engineering or related field is preferred 3 years business development or sales experience in energy storage, lithium batteries or associated industries would be beneficial to find target customers + opportunities and then covert to a successful sale of both modular and full custom battery packs is highly desirable. willing to assist the team with tasks outside normal scope of responsibility with the common goal of revenue growth for maximum benefit to work under pressure and achieve set deadlines proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM experience in English, other languages are a plus. with industry-specific software and technology and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow
