Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and ensure the well-being and safety of our students during lunch breaks. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere during lunchtime activities, fostering social interaction, and assisting students with special needs as they navigate this important part of their day.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Encourage positive social interactions and inclusive behavior among students.
Assist students with special needs with eating, mobility, and other tasks as required.
Implement and enforce school rules and procedures during lunchtime activities.
Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all students.Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for supporting the well-being and development of children.
