Job purpose

The Digital Services team are responsible for delivering the Applications and Digital services throughout the full lifecycle across SaaS, Public and Private Cloud and In-House Developed Services.
The team encompass collaboration between Application and Workplace Services and functions supporting a full array of Microsoft centric and core Business application delivery.
The team are responsible end-to-end Lifecycle management, software licensing, compliance and related aspects of digital data delivery to the firm.
The management role is responsible in ensuring stable and sustainable services are maintained and managed through Transition and Change, driving transformation and digital growth to enable the business capabilities whilst maintaining high levels of service and operational quality.
The candidate should demonstrate previous Management experience in leading a team of internal technology SME's along with evidence in driving successful service management value across key providers engaged in delivering multiple business Application and Services.
About the role

Management of the Forvis Mazars UK Digital Applications and Workplace estate, primarily based on Cloud delivery, ensuring operations are aligned with defined standards, driving KPI's, agility, automation and optimisation.
Focus on Compliance and Risk mitigation through delivery that aligns with vendor and industry best practice in all aspects with focus on Version Controls, Capacity & release Management, Data Cleansing, Archiving, Backup & Recovery, DR and Business Continuity.
The post holder must be experienced in maturing continual improvement plans, identifying and owning change and hold a track record of transforming and building Operations teams and capability.
The current technology stack uses a variety of solutions, and there is strategic objective to accelerate digital maturity in the estate. Responsibilities also include accountability for Resourcing and Support models and full end-to-End planning and the delivery of future state Forvis Mazars Digital service roadmap.
You must be experienced in a broad variety of technology areas including Cloud, Digital and Virtual Delivery with experience in Data Management and in-house development whilst hold strong examples of experience in Service Management best practice.
You should have held roles leading technology functions with a track record of delivering technology solutions at a significant organisation, leading internal application and modern workplace teams and management of Partners, 3rd Party and Managed Services.
You will engage and drive performance in Third party and Vendor relationships and will have a solid understanding of commercials and contract agreements to ensure progressive ROI and value for money across those functions.
