Overview:  We are enthusiastic about talent and are looking to grow our business, due to that we are currently looking to hire a IT Support Apprentice. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills in a number of areas including cloud-based technologies, business operations, consultancy and managed services. 
Working with an excellent team in a great working environment, you will be supported by a senior member of the team who will impart their knowledge, skills, and experience to mentor you throughout your Apprenticeship.
They will create a personal development plan for you to develop your technical and business skills which will include use of cloud platforms, networking and security.
Provide first line helpdesk support to clients, assisting with IT issues via the phone, email and remote support tools 
Managing Service Desk mailboxes to update relevant incidents with key information 
Carry out Service Desk related duties to ensure incidents are resolved within the required timescales Management of any third parties/vendors which may be used as resolve groups 
A passion for IT Technology 
Personal qualities: 

Candidates will have a keen and demonstrable interest in IT
You must have a logical approach to solving problems, be creative and empathetic
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
