Due to continued success, they're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to complement the team on site in West Sussex. The main purpose of this role is sales generation and to act as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential buyers
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating deals that align with the strategic goals of the developer
  • Building rapport with clients
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience will be key in fostering long-term relationships and securing sales

Requirements:

  • A successful track record in new homes sales / sales and or a client facing position
  • IT proficient
  • 5 Customer service
  • Enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated
  • Target driven
  • Team player
