Modular Labourer

5 Labourers are required to start Monday 8th April Location: Driffield Rate: £11.55 per hour We URGENTLY require 5 Labourers to start on Monday 8th and 15th of April for our Offsite and Modular Construction client based in the Driffield area. The Opportunity 5 Labourers required to work on a full time 6 month contract possibly leading to a permanent contract with the employer. About the role You will be assisting all Modular trades with various duties within a Modular production area. The main duties will be:

• Measuring and cutting timber
• Using various joinery hand and power tools
• Assist with loading and unloading of construction materials
• Help other trades complete all aspects of Modular joinery tasks
• Basic painting
• Clean and maintain a safe working area
• Perform physical labour duties

• Minimum 1 year construction labouring experience
• Ideally NVQ level 1 in construction practice or equivalent
• Strong Attention to Detail
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Can work as part of a team.
• Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
• Ideally Modular Construction Experience
• Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
• Be able to commute to Driffied area
