Our client is an ambitious provider of AI-supported property management technology and turn-key retrofit energy efficiency services. Midlands (central location is ideal, the role involves regular travel to customer locations)

Conducting assessments of residential properties to identify retrofitting needs and opportunities (evaluating energy efficiency, insulation, heating systems, and potential for renewable energy installation).
Producing energy performance certification (EPS / EPR)
Ensuring any recommendations comply with UK building regulations and schemes such as PAS2035.
Although training and support is provided, for the Retrofit Assess role our client is looking for prior experience. Residential retrofit assessments, including broad knowledge of some building systems e.g. HVAC, insulation, and renewable energy technologies.
DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor).
A current drivers licence and the flexibility to travel to different locations on a weekly basis.
Travel and any overnight expenses paid.
