Work commencing end of may

MAIN DUTIES

  • Using a handheld devise, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
  • Various domestic maintenance tasks. - Mostly carpentry and plastering.
  • Responsive maintenance.
  • To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
  • Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.

Hours: Monday – Friday.

Pay: £160 Per day (CIS). Van & fuel card provided Or £180 per day using own van.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • NVQ trade qualification(s)
  • Multi trade experience
  • Full current driving licence.
  • A DBS check is required before commencement of role
