Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, established professional firm in Halesowen, West Midlands seeking an experienced Payroll & Bookkeeping Administrator to join their busy team in this busy and varied role. The successful candidate will possess c 3yrs full end to end payroll processing experience within accountancy/bureau/umbrella OR inhouse payroll roles, processing high volume/multiple interval payrolls AND in addition, possess bookkeeping/accounts experience to undertake bookkeeping when the payrolls have been completed for the period.

Your New Role as Payroll & Bookkeeping Administrator:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a team environment, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle & Sage (training is provided) for both small and large volume employees. This role offers a varied, interesting workload as there will also be the opportunity to undertake some bookkeeping duties when the payroll side is less busy during the month and offers a supportive, friendly stable team working environment.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle or SAGE payroll (training provided)
Auto enrolment pension contributions
Inputting payroll, resolving client payroll queries
Dealing with HMRC, RTI queries
New starters/leavers and processing P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP.
Undertaking bookkeeping duties (previous experience required)

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is a great opportunity for a payroll specialist with c3yrs bookkeeping (ideally AAT qualified) AND previous full end to end payroll processing expertise, within accountancy/bureau/umbrella background or inhouse role. This is a varied position offering great potential for future training/development opportunities
