Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung aktueller und zukünftiger europäischer und länderspezifischer Nachhaltigkeitsgesetzgebung in Biomassebeschaffungs- und Handelsprojekte und -portfolios mit einem kommerziellen Blickwinkel
  • Zuständig für die Umsetzung und Überwachung der Vorschriften zur Biomassesicherheit gemäß europäischer und länderspezifischer Gesetze (wie Großbritannien, Deutschland, Niederlande, Schweden)
  • Teilnahme an Projektteams und Bereitstellung strategischer und kommerzieller Unterstützung bei den Biomasse-Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen in Unipers Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit inländischen und europäischen internen und externen Experten und Beratern für Gesetzgebung und Vorschriften, um aktuelle Richtlinien für Unipers biomassebezogene Projekte sowie für Biomassebeschaffungs- und Handelsaktivitäten auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
  • Verantwortlich für regelmäßige Informationsveranstaltungen und Besprechungen sowie Berichte über den aktuellen Stand und erwartete Änderungen der Gesetzgebung und Vorschriften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Händlern, Deal-Ausführungs- und Middle-Office-Kollegen zur Verwaltung von Zertifizierungs- und Lieferkettenanforderungen
  • Vertretung von Uniper auf (inter)nationalen Biomasseforen und Geschäftsveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Vorschriften und nachhaltigen Aspekte auf zentraler und/oder lokaler Ebene
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Zertifizierungssystemen und -prozessen wie FSC, SBP, PEFC usw.
  • Ein bestehenden Netzwerks von Wissensberatern und Lobbyorganisationen im Bereich Regulierung und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Hervorragende Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten sowie Einflussnahme- und die Fähigkeit, effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Uniper und Drittteams aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten
  • Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten einschließlich effektiver Priorisierung und Ressourcenmanagement mit langfristigem strategischem Fokus
