Veterinary Inspector

We are seeking professionals interested in working as Official Veterinarians in a unique Hybrid position involving export health certification and official control in meat plants.

• Our team requires a qualified Official Veterinarian for official control in meat establishments and export certification.

Our responsibility is to conduct veterinary checks in meat establishments on behalf of the competent authority.
• To ensure the highest standard of service, we communicate regularly with customers and their representatives, building rapport with them and seeking continuous improvement.
• We attend export locations, such as slaughterhouses, cutting plants, cold stores, meat and meat product establishments, and retailers, and carry out export certification, adhering to the 10 Principles of Certification (RCVS).
• It is essential to familiarise ourselves with Export Health Certification (EHC) requirements and Notes for Guidance (NFG) for EU and non-EU countries. Veterinary medicine degree
• Full membership of The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
• Experience in official control in meat plants is required
• For export certification, we offer paid theoretical and practical training.
