What will you be doing?

  • You will be working within the Operations Team in the North region, undertaking a 24 month work rotation with 6 x 3-4 month placements.
  • Throughout these diverse assignments you will learn about different teams and roles; you will also be given individual support from a holistic support network (a HR contact, your mentor and your line manager).
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and competency in the waste industry and join our talent pipeline of SUEZ future leaders.

What are the Requirements?

  • Graduated within the last 3years in a relevant subject.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willing to travel within the regions detailed above - and also to spend some nights away from home.
  • Willing torelocate within the North East region - if not already located here.
  • Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial placement or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record.
  • The will to succeed and to progress.
  • You must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen
  • Formidable leadership qualities.
