Are you an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Driver with a brick grab lorry loader licence, ready to elevate your driving career to new heights? Do you want to deliver B&Q products to happy customers’ homes while mastering the art of operating a HIAB crane? Here at GXO, we’re working together with B&Q and are looking for highly experienced Class 2 Driver to join our Store to Home team in Coventry (CV3 2JD).
You’ll be working on a full-time , permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ pattern, contracted to 40hrs per week, starting at 07:00. This role will require flexibility as you will be working on a 4 week rota pattern (provided in advance) including weekends.
As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll receive:
An hourly rate of £15.A potential to earn an additional £100 every 6 months via the attendance bonus scheme (T&Cs apply)
Overtime pay of £23.00 per hour (when applicable, paid over 40hrs)
61 per hour when operating HIAB crane
On-going annual CPC training
Holiday pay and Workplace pension

Maintain accurate driving/working time records using the Tachomaster system and manual entries to record all working hours as required by the WTD regulations
Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
Training for HIAB crane will be provided to operate a lorry loader when required
Previous experience in multidrop, store deliveries preferable but not essential
A full UK driving licence with category C Entitlement
An up to date CPC and Digital Tachograph
Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Check)
Be prepared to commute to Coventry (CV3 2JD) for the required shift pattern
