Your World is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 or 7 OT for work on a locum basis. You will be joining an outstanding team within a well-known Children and Yound People Service in Cowbridge. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate with experience of working with children and young people with a range of moderate to complex additional needs, at a Band 7 level. This will include assessment, intervention planning, training/upskilling, providing intervention and discharging. We seek an OT who is able to efficiently complete and close episodes of care, manage their time effectively, and contribute to service development. A car driver is essential as work will involve visiting community sites, such as school and homes. Desirable criteria - Experience of specialist seating and upper limb splinting.
