Our leading international law firm client has an extremely exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join their London office on a temporary basis until around the end of August.
Regularly meet with Office Managing Partners and director level clients to develop strategic plans
In conjunction with the global Talent Development team, facilitate the development of the approach, strategy and tactical plan for engaging managers and staff in skill and career development.
Create and customise tools to promote recruitment and retention of top performers, leadership development, coaching; talent review, and succession planning.
Manage client base in firmwide HR system.
Collaborate with other firm HRBPs and HR functional leaders to execute on HR strategy, share information and best practices and ensure overall HR consistency across offices and functional departments.
Collaborate with the Firm's Leave Administrator and local HR and finance teams to ensure that all leaves of absence are managed properly including reporting for bonuses, unpaid, etc.
Manage UK inbound immigration processes for the London office, providing guidance to employees and liaising with legal counsel to ensure compliance with UK immigration laws
Additional HR projects as and when required
A meticulous approach (detail orientated) with a commercial and pragmatic outlook
