About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Account Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring optimum efficiency and effectiveness of our client services. You will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing client relationships, and driving service delivery improvements. This role reports directly to the Account Manager and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, culture, and specifications.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain high compliance standards, meeting all legal and ethical requirements.
  • Manage client feedback effectively and provide timely management information.
  • Organise candidate payroll and performance management.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT and strong administrative skills.
  • A full clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Business Admin Level 3 (desirable).
