Our Client is a progressive developer committed to delivering high-quality residential projects. As theyexpand our operations and triple their output in 2024, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a 70-unit, 3-phase residential development project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and successful completion of the project while upholding our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for each phase of the residential development, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quality standards.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to meet project milestones and deadlines.
2. Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries promptly, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to optimize team productivity and effectiveness.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses and forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to uphold industry standards and exceed client expectations throughout the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and building codes, maintaining meticulous documentation and facilitating inspections as required.
6. Technology Integration and Innovation:
  • Leverage cutting-edge project management technologies and methodologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation across all project phases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and technological advancements to optimize project outcomes and differentiate our offerings in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing residential development projects, preferably with experience overseeing multi-phase developments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills, with experience developing and managing project budgets exceeding $X million.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements relevant to residential construction projects.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
