**Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) **

2-month contract min (Ongoing Work)

Location: Northwich (Cheshire)

Rate: Up to £35.00p/h DOE (Limited Co. / Umbrella)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)

Mechanical / maintenance / machinery

We are collaborating with a leading company that specializes in project management, installations, and site maintenance, with a focus on serving food processing and manufacturing clients. They are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer , to assist with general maintenance work.

As Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to conduct the following duties:

  • Performing routine maintenance – Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including PLC's, motors, and control panels
  • Electrical Repairs- Diagnose and resolving electrical faults to minimize downtime
  • System Optimization- Assist In optimizing electrical systems for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and electrical repairs
  • Safety Compliance – Adhere to all electrical safety standards and practices

The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will need to have the following attributes:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Electrical Maintenance within a Food Production Environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
