Join our vibrant team where you'll be at the forefront of managing and developing our event and commercial content projects. From developing content for global events for the food and agribusiness sector, such as the renowned Agrifood Summit and Women in Food and Agriculture Summit, to creating compelling commercial content like webinars and articles, you'll play a pivotal role in creating business critical content and driving lead generation for Mintec.
Plus, get ready to broaden your horizons with some international travel required for meetings and events, adding an exciting dimension to your role. Conduct comprehensive research into the international food and agriculture markets focusing on primary research via phone and face-to-face meetings.
~ Build relationships with sector leaders and keep abreast of developments and potential new topics that might translate into successful events or projects.
~ Plan the structure of events and secure top-level speakers.
~ Create the content for and produce commercial videos, webinars and articles.
~ Manage and deliver detailed project plans for successful delivery of events and commercial content.
~ Co-ordinate and work with members of the wider team – analyst, marketing, sales and operations for the successful delivery of events.
~ Continuously communicate and update event marketing, sponsorship, operations, sales on progress against targets, pipeline and feedback from the market.
~ Carry out post event analysis and feedback and ensure our wider learnings are circulated to the team.
~‘Think big’ and contribute ideas for growth that improve our events and commercial content.
~ Produce and deliver commercially successful events, meeting internal deadlines.
~ Ensure that the content is primarily driven by primary research among potential delegates and speakers.
~ Manage the speaker budget, producing and delivering content on time and to budget.
~ Work closely with the commercial team to ensure communication, alignment of objectives and strong relationship building
1 year of experience in a content or research related role, demonstrating proficiency in content creation and research methodologies.
~ Excel in independent work and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, contributing to a quality, content-led portfolio.
~ Commission paid on performance of events and commercial content budgets.
