About the Role:
Passionate about cybersecurity? As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Sapphire, you'll be the linchpin between our innovative solutions and our clients. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver impactful cyber security messaging and guidance to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Understand client needs and cyber security challenges. Bridge technical and commercial aspects for client ROI.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of cyber threats. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer Engagement: Attend client meetings, webinars, and conferences. Own the technical perspective of the solution.
- Solution Presentation: Assist in crafting proposals and deliver compelling presentations internally and externally.
- Account Development: Support Account Managers in planning and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Product Development: Identify product opportunities and collaborate with the sales team. Provide relevant marketing collateral.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Information Security. Educate through presentations, training, and webinars.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to travel UK-wide; full driving license.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience in information security services within or to large organizations.
- Strong understanding of security technologies (SIEM, XDR, firewalls, etc.), with a focus on Microsoft Security.
- Project management skills in corporate Information security projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
