Main duties of the Aftersales Manager - Automotive:
You will be responsible for driving growth in the Aftersales department while fostering a proactive and collaborative environment for new ideas.
Effectively oversee the aftersales department to ensure its smooth and efficient functioning.
Coordinate and streamline a well-organized, cost-effective process for vehicle aftersales and servicing.
Strategically enhance performance and tackle challenges by devising and implementing sales-boosting strategies to augment customer satisfaction.
Analyse performance data vigilantly to pinpoint areas ripe for improvement.
Requirements of the Aftersales Manager - Automotive:
