A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled dentist to join an established mixed practice in the heart of the Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of general dental surgery in our modern practice.
Start date: as soon as possible
This role is to work part time on Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:30-1pm and 2-5 pm in a role which includes a mix of NHS and private patients.
Our surgeries are fully equipped and computerised using Software of Excellence. Digital x-rays are on site. We have an excellent support team available to ensure that our practice works efficiently whilst providing excellent, accessible care for our local community. You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled hygienists to support the periodontal health of your patients.
We are able to provide a good UDA rate and a favourable % for private work. Lab bills are to be split at 50%. The new list of patients will be a combination of an established and new patient list.
The practice is also able to offer a new dentist an incentive bonus for provision of NHS services to our area, the details of which will be explained to you at interview.
*Qualifications*
- BDS or equivalent dental degree
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Completion of Vocational Training or equivalent
- UK experience
- Active Performer Number (though we can assist you with this if necessary.)
